“The Blue Highway”
You may wonder about the Title. Everyday when I walk my beach I look out to sea. Not far off the coast is the Gulf Stream. I’ve sailed it many times. That was the nickname I gave it. Normally on a good day we could sail about 7 or 8 knots. Once in the Gulf Stream we would scoot along Northbound at about 12or 13 knots. That’s fast for a cruising sailboat! I have so many good memories of those days🩵⛵️🩵
